As a small, independently owned business we only accept exchanges & store credit. All exchanges must be approved and sent back within 14 days.
Please email email@example.com with exchange requests. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or order number included in your return shipment.
All International orders, sample sale items, and sale items are not eligible for exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable but we will happily ship the exchange to you at no charge. Depending on stock quantities, etc., the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
